On 27th April we attended the visit of HRH The Princess Royal for the opening of Jubilee2. We met the Princess and discussed some of the aspects of the Pulse sound sculpture with her.
The Donna Louise Trust have commissioned August Garden Designs and echomap to install a half size Sound Wall at their 'Tree Tops' site in Stoke-on-Trent. The installation will be powered by the echomap soundscape technology and will be part of a proposed sensory garden set within the grounds of the site.
The Pulse sculpture is now on display in Jubilee2, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, UK.
On Saturday 14th April we appeared with Third Quadrant at their reunion concert. We played 2nd guitar and keyboards in TQ and also provided a MonkeyTrial session as the support slot. A recording of 'Songs of Fallen Mermaids' is now available on our Bandcamp site, featuring samples of spoken word from 'Into the Abyss' by Melissa K
We'll be playing additional guitar and keyboards for Third Quadrant at their reunion gig. It's on the 14th April 2012, at Bignall End Cricket Club, Stoke-on-Trent. More info...
